This embroidered heritage cap features a design inspired by the historic W. E. Stewart Land Company “Irrigated Lands” emblem. The W. E. Stewart Land Company played an important role in the early development of the area, and the name WESLACO was derived from W. E. Stewart Land Company.
Our design was recreated and adapted from the original historic emblem to celebrate that connection and preserve a unique piece of Weslaco and Rio Grande Valley history.
